CALL FOR EVIDENCE

The news that you have been waiting for – WELL ALMOST. 
We have been campaigning for eleven years.    
We have had many obstacles to overcome. 
We have hoped and been disappointed on many occasions that Housing Ministers over the years would make a decision on the 10% commission charge.

Finally after promising more research in February 2025 the Government has issued a          CALL FOR EVIDENCE in March 2026.

Whereas most of the questions are aimed at the industry, Home Owners can contribute on some, namely

7,16,24,25,26,30,32,37.

You can of course answer any other question if you feel you have knowledge. 
Evidence is what you need, so if you know how many homes on your park have been sold in the last 5 years, how much commission has been paid to the site owner and what if any improvements to the site have been made in that time. Question 30 is the best place to provide this as it questions subsides if the commission is changed. If you know the figures you will know if subsidies are required on your site
