Please be assured, Government is listening.
Having recently committed to changing the law following the introduction of my colleague, Sir Christopher Chope MP’s Bill to amend the Mobile Homes Act by altering the basis of pitch fee reviews in England from RPI to CPI, Government also instructed the Universities of Liverpool and Sheffield Hallam to carry out an independent review of the 10% commission charge which I know is strongly on the PHOJC’s agenda to follow-up on, with my full support.
The reinvigoration of the PHOJC is very good news indeed for Park Home Owners.
I applaud Sonia McColl for her integrity, hard work and assiduous commitment to helping her fellow Park Home Owners and equally applaud all those who continue to support this worthwhile organisation.’
