The CPI figure for October 2023 released on November 15th shows inflation now stands at 4.6%.
This percentage is the maximum increase your Site Owner can propose for reviews in January 2024 in England and Wales
Without PHOJC's long successful campaign to change the index to CPI the increase will still be based on RPI which for the same period was 6.1%.
Unfortunately our friends in Scotland are still awaiting the change to CPI but hopefully it will be finalised soon.
